TUPAQ offers an international logistics intermediation service by assigning an address in Europe for the receipt and transport of goods to the Dominican Republic.

TUPAQ does not act as a seller or supplier of the products transported.

The assigned locker is personal and non-transferable.

The customer is responsible for correctly including their identification on each shipment.

TUPAQ will not be responsible for unidentified or incorrectly labeled packages.

Declaration of value and documentation

The customer agrees to declare the actual value of the goods and to provide invoices or documentation when required.

Any discrepancies, undervaluation, or incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

TUPAQ may hold packages until valid documentation is received.

Customs compliance

The customer agrees that:

• All merchandise is subject to customs inspection.
• Additional taxes, duties, or charges may apply.
• Release times depend on the authorities.

TUPAQ does not guarantee customs clearance times.

Prohibited or restricted goods

Shipments containing goods prohibited by the laws of the country of origin, transit, or destination are not accepted, including but not limited to:

• Perfumes
• Lithium products
• Alcoholic items
• Personal documents
• Weapons or weapon parts
• Food (perishable, prepared, or edible)
• Cuban cigars
• Alcoholic beverages
• Explosives or products containing gas, fuel, or gunpowder
• Medications
• Live insects
• Plants or flowers
• CashAir fresheners
• Nail gel
• Body gel, shampoo
• Devices such as vapes
• Batteries, hearing aids, tablets, and cell phones
• Liquid vitamins and supplements
• Silicone in any form
• Hookahs
• Flammable or spray products
• Jewelry or works of art
• Seeds
• Live animals
• Gift cards
• Electronic cigarettes with nicotine
• Paintball guns or parts
• Tactical or military items
• Liquid or paste merchandise
• Razors
• Powders
• Creams or paste-like merchandise
• Lip gloss
• Beauty products
• Liquid or powdered beauty products
• Beverages of any kind, including coffee

Transportation and times

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Logistical availability
• Customs procedures
• Peak seasons

Events beyond TUPAQ's control do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Responsibility and limitations

TUPAQ acts exclusively as a logistics operator. It shall not be liable for:

• Damage due to poor packaging by the supplier
• Nature of the product
• Customs delays
• Losses due to force majeure

The customer may request additional insurance for high-value merchandise.

Rates and charges

Service fees do not include:

• Customs duties
• Additional services
• Storage fees
• Optional insurance

These costs will be borne by the customer when applicable.
