What should I do if I am not the account holder and want to pick up a package?
The account holder can send an authorization via email to the Customer Service Department. This email should include the details of the designated person for picking up the package. Once this authorization is granted, the designated person will be permanently authorized on the customer's account to carry out safe and convenient pickups.
